Molding Production

The frame provides a process that begins with the selection of the wood. This must be selected, sized and planed on all four sides. Parallel to this, the knives are prepared with the profile of the molding application. Ready knives, wood is passed through a machine called moulder, when large volumes and a Tupi if volumes are lower. Finally the mold is polished with sandpaper and delivered to the office.

Installing skirtings

This service includes the installation of this type of moldings at the base of the walls. With the installation of dust, that area is protected from bumps and they cover any differences between the floor and the wall.

Requirements:

  • The walls must be dry and straight to fix the dust with glue or screw and dowel. .

  • The mixtures of plaster must be resistant to dust fixation either with glue or dowels.
