Deck Installation over concrete

The deck is installed on a level radius. Pieces of radiata pine impregnated and sized 2 "x3" are superimposed on the concrete at a distance of 50 - 60 cm to the axis.

Once base is installed, fix the boards of the deck with EB-TY. The first one is blockheaded. Thereafter, use the EB-TY. Make a slot in each table, insert the EB-TY and with a screw fixing the plastic plate to the impregnated pine. Repeat the process to complete the deck.

Deck Installation over Wooden Truss

It performs the same process above, the difference is that it does not used impregnated pine and it is installed directly to the wooden beams of the truss.

Deck Installation over Metal Beams

It is same process of wooden truss, except in this case should fix a piece of wood on the metal beam to provide a screw surface for the EB-TY system of deck.

Deck Installation on Compacted Land

The CLC wood deck can be installed on land that they work effectively compacting with a gravel, pebble and sand, leaving a superficial layer of sand or millet. You must verify that the job of compaction is well done.

The CLC Wood deck can not be installed directly on the garden, ground sheet or other material to be naturally compacted, or to be undermining by weather.

Decks Installation Requirements

  • The land should be well leveled. Otherwise, the deck will absorb all those deformations or unevenness.
  • The land should be well compacted.
  • You can not put on the garden or uncompacted soil.
  • The gap between the base and the pool must match the thickness of the deck over the piece of impregnated pine as a base truss.
  • If the deck is installed on wooden beams, those must be spaced 50 cm to the axis be well level.
  • If the deck is installed over metal beams that should have a top wooden table as a fix surface and being spaced at 50 cm to the axis.
