In 1989 with the vision of supplying the industrial hardSpecies and wood processing, in Chile and abroad, born CLC.
Consistent with this Lumber view, now our company has expanded its actions at the endings, through the incorporation of high technology products and efficient services at work, now specializing in fine finishes.

| 1998 | Production of parts and pieces of precision. . |
| 1999 | Production of moldings, Siding and wood floors. . |
| 2000 | The production of technological windows, doors made of plywood and engineered flooring begins. . |
| 2004 | Opening of Showroom in Vitacura. . |
| 2005 | Incorporation of Sikkens products, world leaders in wood protection. . |
| 2006 | Incorporation of the line stainless steel connectors for Swan Secure wood. . |
| 2007 | Marketing office was opened in Holland in the city of Utrecht, named CLC Arkansas, extending to Europe the sale of wood products. |
| 2007 | It develops the concept of CLC Decks solution. |
| 2008 | Sikkens line is extended to the specialized paint products Akzo Nobel. |
| 2009 | A new store was inaugurated in CLC-BUSINESS Vitacura, with machinery of latest technology in paint and primers that produce more than 4,500 colors. |
